Establishment of UkrAgroCom LLC

Establishment of UkrAgroCom LLC, CEO – Anatoliy Kuzmenko. The land bank is 14,000 hectares.

2000

Acquisition of the first elevator – UkrAgroCom

UkrAgroCom acquires its first elevator (12,000 tons). The first foreign economic contract in Ukraine with Kuhn S.A. was signed, which marked the beginning of the transition to intensive and high-precision technologies in crop production.

2001

Establishment of Hermes-Trading LLC.

Hermes-Trading LLC was founded, with Yuriy Skichko as its director. Launch of export trade. First trade agreements and representative offices.

2002

Acquisition of the second elevator – Korolivske HPP

Acquisition of the second elevator – Korolivske Grain-Collecting Station (12,000 tons). The total storage capacity is 24,000 tons.

2003

Acquisition of the Alexandria Sugar Plant

Acquisition of a sugar plant with a total processing capacity of 3,000 tons of sugar beet per day.

2004

First year of audit

Completion of reconstruction of the pig farm and introduction of Danish breeding technology. Modernization of elevators with equipment from American and European manufacturers (GSI, Bühler). Total storage capacity: 80 000 t.

2004-2007

Establishment of Dobronadiyivske private enterprise

Land bank: 36,000 hectares. The third elevator, the Dobronadiyivske Grain Storage Facility (35,000 tons), was built from scratch and equipped with machinery from leading global manufacturers: GSI (USA) and Bühler (Switzerland/Germany). Total storage capacity: 115 000 t.

2008

Establishment of a trading company in Switzerland

Land bank: 65,500 hectares. Establishment of a trading company in Switzerland. Modernization and increase in storage capacity of elevators to 170,000 tons: UkrAgroCom elevator (53,000 tons), Korolivske Grain Storage Enterprise (47,000 tons) and Dobronadiyivske Grain Storage Enterprise (70,000 tons). Grain turnover increases to 500,000 tons per year.

2009-2012

Top 22 most powerful agricultural holdings

Land bank – 75,000 hectares of fertile agricultural land in Oleksandriya, Petrivske, Znamianske, Svitlovodske and Novoukrainske districts of Kirovohrad region and Pyatikhatske district of Dnipropetrovs’k region. TOP-22 largest agricultural holdings. TOP-15 largest grain traders in Ukraine. Powerful national projects have been implemented: Petrykivske Moloko (for 5,000 cattle), Svitlovodsk River Terminal (94,000 tons) and Sharivskyi Elevator (81,000 tons). Modernization of elevators. Total storage capacity: 353 000 т. Direct European funding was received.

Start of hedging on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the French International Futures Market.
